At Silky Sensations, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible and to also ensure that everyone stays safe.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ​

  • There is a $15 non-refundable retainer due for ALL appointments under $100, $25 for ALL appointments over $100

  • If you have been feeling SICK or have been exposed to COVID-19. please cancel appointment and/or reschedule until a later date. 

  • Please show up on time (Not early or late). If you are more than 10 minutes late, appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

  • No CALL/NO SHOWS will NOT be able to book again

  • No extra guests allowed during appointment (This includes children, spouse, or anyone NOT receiving a service) Extra guests will result in cancellation of your service

  • Hair must be fully detangled and free of any product for ANY service or there will be a $15 uncharge.
